On 21 January, 2015 at about 03:00, according to preliminary data, the diversion and intelligence group of the enemy penetrated into military post of protection area of unit N.
In the result of military actions the conscript implementing service in military post as an observer, junior sergeant Nahapet Asatryan was killed. The conscript, junior sergeant Hovhannes Gasparyan was wounded in the soft part of his right knee.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 and the Points 1, 7, 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
