In the framework of the criminal case, investigated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee initiated on inflicting the citizen Hrachik Mirzoyan bodily damage with a cutting-piercing tool in Gyumri, a charge was pressed against the citizen of Gyumri K. Khachatryan.
On the base of the obtained evidence K. Khachatryan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code for infliction of willful heavy damage to health. Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
Preliminary investigation is under way.
Necessary investigatory and procedural measures are taken to provide the comprehensive examination of the circumstances of the case.
