A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of serviceman Arsen Karapetyan committed by the enemy out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.
On 02.03.2015 at about 20:50 the serviceman of the unit N Arsen Karapetyan, who was at the combat position of the same unit, in the result of the shot fired willfully by the enemy out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism sustained a firearm injury on his face and died at the scene.
A criminal case was initiated according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is conducted.
