A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of the Armenian contractor committed by the enemy.
On 26.06.2015 at about 19:00 in the combat position of unit N of RA Ministry of Defense the contractor Arman Yepremyan died of a firearm injury he had sustained on his chest in the result of shots fired by the enemy out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism with the intend to kill.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is conducted.
