Investigation is conducted in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of 57 year-old woman's death in Gyumri.
On December 2 the resident of Gyumri, born in 1961, with a diagnosis of «craniocerebral close injury, close injury on the chest, traumatic shock, coma» was taken to «Gyumri Medical Center» CJSC in an ambulance car from the front part of one of the houses on Mayakovski Street in Gyumri. The latter died in hospital.
A criminal case was initiated according to the Point 14 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code (willful infliction of bodily damage or other heavy damage to health which negligently caused death).
Forensic examinations were commissioned to find out circumstances significant for the criminal case.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to find out circumstances, the person (persons) having committed the alleged crime.
Additional information about the case will be provided as soon as new circumstances are found out.
